Сan I cancel the order?
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before delivery.
In order to cancel the goods delivery, please write to the e-mail address of the online shop [email protected], indicate in the subject line: “Cancellation of order No. ” and the number of the order you are cancelling.
Please specify the reasons for cancellation in the text of the letter and duplicate the order number again.
How does return work?
After receiving the goods, the buyer has the right to return the goods of proper quality to the online shop (seller) within 14 (fourteen) days, unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations.
The return of goods of proper quality is possible in the case if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved. The absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods does not deprive the buyer of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of goods from the seller.
The Buyer has no right to refuse the Goods of proper quality having individually defined properties, if the said Goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer who acquires them (for example, if they were custom-made by the Buyer), as well as in other cases established by applicable laws and regulations.
We recommend that you send the returned goods together with your completed return application by courier service to ensure that your application is processed as soon as possible. Please note that we will not be able to process the application for return of goods if we do not receive the returned order, as it is necessary to verify compliance with the conditions of return (preservation of the goods’ trade dress and consumer properties).

When will I receive a refund?
The money paid by the buyer for the returned goods of proper quality will be transferred to the buyer within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods and the application for its return to the payment details specified by the buyer in the application for the return of goods.
How can I exchange a product?
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods, which have retained their trade dress and consumer properties, for another product in the following order.
